Triple Your Sales with These 3 Easy Tips

Selling is the engine of every business… that may sound like a pretty easy concept, right?

But I can’t tell you how often I see leaders focus on everything else but selling.

Every business owner would wish that there was a line of people waiting outside of their doors in the morning, anxiously waiting to buy their products or services.

In our cruel reality, that doesn't happen quite like that… (Sorry to break it to you)

To be able to make that powerful engine work and drive the results you want in the business you have to be aware of certain principles and tactics to make it work even more effectively.

Or… hire an agency that understands those principles.

But that’s not the case today!

So, let’s dive into how you can triple your sales $$$.

First Tip (#1)

  • Don’t sound salesy when advertising.

I will share something that I learned in marketing school. People love to buy, but they hate being sold to.

And that's true, that’s why in marketing we qualify leads—to focus on the people who are genuinely interested and can benefit from what we offer.

When those people share a problem you can solve, listen. Be understanding. Then, show them how your product or service brings value and solves their problem.

It doesn’t have to be a therapy session, but the more you understand their needs, the better you can connect with them.

Second Tip (#2)

  • Understand who you are talking to.

Have you ever heard the phrase “Targeted Audience” before?

If you have that’s great!

But if you have not… well that is the people you will talk to.

So, your message has to be clear and tailored to them. I will give you an example.

If you want to sell running shoes, and you launch an ad that says “Quality, Comfort and Affordable” you may be talking to the wrong people.

When you can get better results if it says “Get Further, Run Faster, Feel Lighter”

Remember, it’s all about solving their problem in a way they immediately understand.

Last Tip (#3)

  • Use tailored language so they can understand you.

The last but probably the most important tip. Once you know your audience, speak their language.

In today’s advertising there are a lot of marketers and business owners who don't understand how important this principle is.

Most rely on AI (Artificial Intelligence) and corporate language…

This makes an unreadable word salad that your customers will never understand!

I will give you this example.

“Our mission in this company is to grow boundless creativity, aligned with a solid strategy, fuels every level of expertise within the customer experience”

Imagine going to the dentist or a restaurant and seeing this…

If I was your customer I would run away!

That's not how you should approach your customers.

The goal is to immediately make it clear that your message was made for them, so feel confident buying from you.

Selling doesn’t have to be complicated.

By avoiding a salesy tone, understanding your audience, and using tailored language, you can create connections that turn into sales.

And before you know it, that line outside your door? It might just become a reality.

Hope this information is useful, we will talk more soon.
